On Nov. 29, I was driving on Hwy 3 to Rossland, BC and was close to the US border then on this month bill I was charged $11 Easy Roam for the day. Can this be reimbursed? I tried to get help from the Digital Assist, but no help. Thanks.

Did you turn off data roaming on your phone? Have you manually selected your network to Koodo? Can you provide a screenshot of the bill?
I did not turn off data roaming because I thought I needed this outside of great Vancouver area. I do not think I have manually selected the network.
