I keep getting charged for Easy Roam for calls I haven’t made. I have cell data off and am connected to the internet. I haven’t used my Canadian cell to make any phone calls, yet I have two Easy Roam charges. They tell me they are valid charges, but can’t tell me what number was supposedly called. Has anyone else had this happen? What are my options?

Is data roaming turned off on your phone?
Do you recall sending any outgoing text messages?
