Does anyone else find the Koodoo AI bot as useless as I do.   I am trying to speak to someone about being double billed but it is impossible to get a phone number or a call back.    When I ask the chatbot for a callback it totally ignores me and sends me elsewhere.   What a useless system!!!!@!!

You can ask a rep to review the charge on your Self-Serve account. They will respond back to you within the next 4 hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

Are you a new customer? If so, your first bill may look higher because it includes a partial charge.

Or did you pay your last bill close to your billing date? In that case, the system may have generated your new bill before your payment was processed, making it appear as a double charge.

If you can tell us about your situation or share the screenshot of the charge( without your information), then we may be able to explain.
