When I was buying my new plan from you I received an email that my payment for each month should be 50.85 Cad after taxes and discounts from Kudo. I have received a new email regarding the SIM card with attached pdf file of the agreement and this pdf states my monthly payment is 65 but 50.85. Why it’s like that ?

Same here, the rep in Koodo/Telus store in Up Canada Mall told me the $45/month +tax including the $20 discount, that’s why the agreement still shows $65/month. However I believe we still need to confirm this with Koodo since $45 is not on the agreement we signed.
+4Login to your account, click “your bill details”, then click the “bills” tab, then click “account history”.
Here you should see a 24 sections that say “adjustment issued” for the amount of $20 + tax.
