How do I download a detailed breakdown of a PAST bill?

Sign into self serve.
Go to the billing page.
Scroll down to the section that says “download past bills".
From here you will be able to download past bills going back as far as 18 months.

That’s what I do: I drink and I know things.
Thank you for your reply. I had already tried that. It doesn’t tell me why March’s bill is almost double what my bill is supposed to be. There is just one line that says “mobile charges” just like all my other bills. I believe it’s an error, and would like to see what the charge is.

On page 3 with the heading “Mobile Services” it’ll give you a full breakdown of the charges. Are you able to see this?
I’m a moron. I had been downloading the bills using my phone, and didn’t think that maybe it wouldn’t show up correctly. On my laptop, the bill is more than one page. Thanks again, Timo; thank you, Allan.
