Is it possible to delay payment for a month. Just lost my Job and dont have the funds to pay right now as i had rent and other bills to pay.

Log into Self Serve. If you have an overdue balance and are eligible for arrangements, the "Pay in installments" option will be available for selection.

Hello, I know there’s options once you go overdue. How long are you planning on not being able to pay?
Well ideally I'd like to pay asap. But I think 1 month would help a lot. It would give me time to find a job and once a I get paid I'd pay right away.

Further to Robert’s comment, you can choose not to pay for a month, but you will get a late payment charge on top of your outstanding balance. I would suggest you to dial #227 to speak with the billing department and see if there are any other options.
