Hello-

My daughter wants to take over her phone line, I still have another line with my account. How does this work, has anyone gone through this before?

Hi,

this is a Transfer of Ownership (TOWN).

Your daughter's line moves to her own account while your other line stays. You'll need both parties available for a Koodo rep call for ID verification, and there's a $75 fee.

This can't be done in Self Serve — contact Koodo via koodomobile.com/chat or visit a store. Ideally have your daughter on the call so the rep can verify both of you. Once initiated, she has 10 days to complete it or you remain responsible.

You have to complete a transfer of ownership (TOWN).

You will need to request a callback via Koodo assist and ideally have both you and your daughter there on a phone.  She will need to pass a credit check, etc.  Note there is a $75 fee for the transfer of ownership too.  All steps and info are in the link here
