overcharged data usage , no warning or any updates on the unusual charges 13$ too 200$ on every other day. and now my bill is over 700+ dollars.

Post your bill screenshot here with the dates, your plan data limit, and the Self Serve usage details. What plan are you on and have you used any travel or new apps around those charge dates? Drop those details and we will narrow it down.
In addition to posting the charges, did you also happen to change your plan recently? Koodo sends an automated warning SMS text message when you have used up all of your data and that you would be charged extra if you continue. Do you perhaps have the number blocked?
