I have been with Koodo for over 8 years with a perfect payment history. 2026 came around and I missed a couple of bill payments completely by mistake. Without even a phone call or forewarning, my credit score dropped 130 points. Now with a credit score of 699, I feel slighted by this Koodo company.
I have referred many friends to Koodo, and unfortunately I am considering moving to Bell as they take some pride in their customers.
Im hoping for a goodwill adjustment to help me with my once proud of credit score.
Thanks

Koodo do not have the ability to adjust the reporting's to the Credit Bureau for missing payments. When the bill is missed, a report is automatically sent. If you wish to dispute it, you will have to contact them instead.
To avoid this in future you can setup automatic payments through Koodo self-serve. This way, it will be automatically taken out around 15 days before the due date of the bill. Koodo also offer discounts on their most recent plans if you use this payment method so it might be worth the change if you haven’t already.
Unfortunately, there is no way to remove this from your credit bureau report unless it is a genuine error. It will likely show for up to 6 years from the date reported. You can click the following link to learn more about it.

Do you have bill notifications turned on? You can re-enable them here if they were disabled in the past so that you get alerts of how much is due, and when it’s due: koodo.com/ebillalert
