Do you currently have a Koodo prepaid or postpaid account? 

For postpaid accounts, you can update your payment method in the “Billing” section of your Koodo self-serve. When you get there, it will give you an option to manage / change the payment method / card used. For prepaid accounts, this is similar under the “Payments” tab.
