I have a bill coming up after canceling my services as I switched phones and the company that I switched phones with didn't mention to me All the charges that I was getting charged for so I need to dispute it with a koodo rep As I'm Moving Out soon so I can't pay the bill Right away, or at least not fully. But since my service is canceled, I can't contact koodo In any way as they don't have an email or phone number, and the only way to contact them is through the AI assistant. But since my services are canceled, it won't let me get past it to speak with a rep.

If you ported your number out from Koodo, your last bill will include any tab remaining and tab bonus (if you have a phone on tab).

When you download your detailed pdf ebill form self serve, is there a specific charge you are looking to dispute?

Are you referring to charges with your new carrier or with Koodo?

It's less the charge I'm looking to dispute and more of a different way I can pay it whether it be in installments or at a later date.

Typically once your bill is past due, you can login to self serve to set up payment arrangements.  You will still be charged interest and it will still be reported against your credit report.

Since you already left Koodo, I recommend you call 227 on your deactivated Koodo sim.  It should get in you contact with the finance department

The problem is, I don't have my old E. SIM. And it's not passed due, but I need to make sure that it doesn't charge my account or else I won't be able to pay other more important bills coming up.

If you dont want it to charge your account, then you can remove your auto pay from your self serve.

If you dont have your koodo sim anymore, then you will need to request a callback via koodo assist to speak with a rep
