I’m an existing customer before before moving to Public Mobile. Just wanted to check, if the connection fee can be waived off considering an existing customer with Public Mobile and Koodo. I lately realized the connection fee can be waived off if I do the conversion online.

Even if your are an existing customer, there will be a connection fee IF you upgrade your phone and/or adding line to your account at a store or through a rep on the phone.

If you activate your account with Public, there is no activation fee since it's you are the one activate the account.
