Hi there,
to confirm, when you check the PDF bill for your usage within the 15 days, do you exceed the following:
30mins of talk time, 50 text messages (incoming and outgoing), or 50MB of data?
If so, if your usage exceeds any of those limits, you can still cancel the service but you will be responsible for the charges regarding the usage. This is agreed to when you sign-up for the service. Returning or exchanging your Koodo phone | Koodo Mobile
