charged for SingSpace and Bussu

I am getting charges for Singspace and Bussu I never approved this is anyone else getting these charges

I inquired last month and they were to remove it and it never was removed 

Can I get a number to call a Koodo rep 

If you insist on calling, you have to schedule a call back and ask a rep to look into it. However, you have to contact the other party to ask them to refund.

I will flag a rep to see if they can help you over the forum.

For Busuu, you need to contact them directly to dispute your bill.

For Singspace, you need to contact them to initiate the cancellation of your subscription.

          We can block further purchases with third party providers on your number from our end, please let us know if you would like the block to be enabled on the line ending in *27 or on both lines.

          To stop the billing, please follow the steps provided by MilkyWay above. For Busuu, you would need to text STOP to 5490.
