If you see the charges on your bill, you should be able to make a request on your Self-Serve account for review. It should be noted that you will need to submit one charge at a time. You should receive a response from a rep within 4 hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-how-youll-be-charged-while-travelling

Hi @BruceS, we couldn’t find any roaming charges on your latest bill. Is this about the current bill cycle? If so, please let us know once the bill showing these charges has been issued and we can look into the charges for you then.
