Charged for Easy Roam

I was charged for Easy Roam on February 21st, but was not in the US. Please reverse the charge. Thank you!

I assume you saw the roaming fee showed up in the bill, Let me flag a rep to look into it.

In the future when you traveled near US border, please disable automatic carrier selection in the phone settings and manually select Koodo. That would help

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
