I was charged for easy roaming 2 months in a row, so $48 each month,  when I haven’t left the country since June. Can someone refund me please?

For future reference, you can set your phone to manual network selection mode. Pick Koodo from the list that populates. Your phone will only attempt to connect to Koodo. I would also turn off data roaming in case you still somehow connect. Thst will lower the chance of getting a charge.

Upon checking, we couldn’t find any roaming charge on the pending bill. On the July bill, there are indeed 3  Easy Roam days triggered for usage made in an international destination, on June 22, 23 and 24.

The charges are for a call, data and messages. June bill indiicate usage in the same destination, more details are available on the PDF bill, that can be downloaded in self serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
