Charged for DATA i didn't use

I have been charged an extra charge for DATA & SMS that I did not use. I did not go over my 250mb as i was never notified that i reached 100% like i have set up, nor was I asked to unpause data for reaching the limit like its suppose to

Please help me remove the charge from my Bill as i should not be charged for something I didn't use.

Did you send a picture message perhaps (MMS)? That is not included in your $15 plan...

Download your detailed pdf ebill. How much was the extra charge and what does it say next to the charge?

We checked your account and, as @Sophia mentioned, the charges were created by 5 MMS sent on Aug 23rd & 24th.
