Charged after Cancelling Plan

I was charged $1,330.91 after cancelling my plan with Koodo. I have no tab leftover and I payed my last months bill already. Would like to get that resolved.

Have you downloaded your pdf ebill to see why it is so high?

 

No tab balance but did you have a tab bonus left to pay?

No, I paid the remainder of my phone bill before I cancelled. My bill doesn’t tell me what it is for.

If you were charged $1330.91 by Koodo, there would be an itemized bill showing what these charges are for.

 

Your self serve account should be accessible up to 90 days after you cancelled. Are you able to take a look/share a screenshot of what you see? (Just leave out any personal info)
