I’m looking for some help regarding a recent bill I received.
I officially cancelled my Koodo service on April 1, 2026. However, I just received an April e-bill notification for $40.06, with a due date of May 12. The email also mentions an "unpaid balance from last month."
Since I closed the account at the very beginning of April, I wasn't expecting a bill of this amount. I would like to clarify:

Is this a final pro-rated bill or an error?

Why is there an "unpaid balance" if I thought everything was settled upon cancellation?
Could a representative please look into my account status and explain these charges?
