I signed up 4 lines of $25 80GB plan CAN-US-MEX last month with PAP, the first bill came with $35 with PAP, didn’t see the 11.3 credit mentioned when I signed up.

When you download the full PDF bill, do you see the credit on there? Sometimes due to partial monthly charges that show up on the first bill, the credit can become hidden. To view the full PDF bill you can follow the steps here: Viewing and downloading your bills | Koodo Mobile
Also, were the plans for autopay via bank account? As you will only receive the credit if you set it up with a bank account, not a credit card. They also don’t provide partial credits, so if you added the payment method after the billing cycle date, then the discount will apply on the next bill. Auto-pay discount | Koodo Mobile
