Charge for Change number dispute

Hello, I need a callback and explanation about my bill. It shows  I was charged for change number and its $50 per line. In the first place I didn’t change my number. and I wasn’t informed with this charge.

    Are you a new customer?  Did you recently port a number into Koodo?  Did you add a new line?
