Charge after cancellation

I cancelled the service on March 29, but I’ve received a bill for $5.65 showing a cancelled Pre‑Auth Pay Discount charge for April 10 to May 09. How should this be corrected?

Just so you know, Koodo only gives you credit for payments that were approved beforehand for the entire billing cycle. If you cancel your service mid-cycle, the credit for that month will be refunded.
