I have cancelled my account and move to a different provider. How can i get my refund if i have already changed my home address?

Did you have a pre-authorized payment with Koodo? If you had, they will refund via that method. If you didn't have, you might have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to change it for you https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/things-know-about-cancelling-koodo

As well, make sure you check the final bill (the bill after your cancellation date)
