Cancelling Bill and Settling Costs

Hello, 

 

I moved country and thought I paused my account (was just keeping while I transitioned, and using for wifi but didnt realize I was still being charged). I have a bill now that I need to pay but need to do this in installments. I want to cancel the plan but cant seem to do that without calling (can’t seem to pause either). Anyone know another way to get in touch ?

Hi there,

assuming you have a postpaid account, if you’re out of country it is recommended that you reach out to a rep via Koodo’s social media pages, Facebook or X (Twitter).

If you send them a direct message, a rep will respond. The correct profiles can be found by clicking the associated logo’s at the bottom of this page. They can discuss account closures and the settling of remaining fees with you. 🙂

When I purchase 50 dolar plan. Shopper told me there is no charge for direct call to Bangladesh. And last bill there was no charge but in this month’s bill charge 208 that is unacceptable and it is unbelievable for me

@Md Naimul Islam , please edit your second post and remove your account number for security reasons. This is a public platform for anyone to see. You can edit the post and remove it by selecting the 3 dots in the right hand corner of the post.

Second, do you have the unlimited long distance pack as your perk? If you do have this as your free perk, did you make the calls to Bangladesh while you were within Canada or were you outside of Canada when you made the calls?

if you have the perk and were in Canada when you made the calls, then they’re free. If you were outside of Canada when you made the calls then you would be charged.
