I have canceled my koodo service in November and i have not got my cheque for credit
When did your final invoice arrive? (The invoice that came after you cancelled)
Refunds arrive within 6 weeks of that final invoice.
As well, how much were you owed? Refunds that are less than $5 or more than $5000 you will need the help of a rep.
And finally did you have pre-authorized payments on your account? If so, that should’ve processed within a few days.
Koodo need to owe $62 amount to me , i got my last invoice in December month.
