cancellation of pre authorized payment

My pre authorized payment was cancelled Sept. 18 and it was not done my me.  This is the second time I have had a problem with the payment.  Why is this happening?

    There seems to be an issue with the pre-authorized payment. In the meantime, I have flagged a rep to help you out.

      Hi ​@Betty Garbutt, our team has identified this as a general system issue that they are currently investigating further.  

      We’d recommend re-enrolling for the auto-pay so the discount can continue to be applied to your account. As long as the auto-payment is added before the next bill is issued, the discount will apply.
