Cancellation charge after my fial bill

I dispute the cancellation charge.  I wish to discuss the matter with an agent

Koodo does not charge for cancellation.

When you download your detailed pdf ebill from self serve what does it say the charge is for what you are disputing?

Are you referring to the auto-pay discount? Unfortunately, Koodo no longer provides partial credits. Unless you cancel on the last day of your billing cycle, the $10 charge will be added back onto your final bill after you cancel your account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

If you want to dispute the charge, you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep, but there are no guarantees that they will waive it for you.

Just to double check, have you tried downloading the PDF bill in self serve for a breakdown of the charges as suggested above?
