Are you switching carriers and keeping your number or are you just wanting to cancel?
If you're switching carriers just ask them to port your phone number and that will automatically cancel your account with Koodo.
If you just want to cancel you'll have to talk to a rep. You can schedule a callback at koodo.com/chat.

You can do that, but it is important to know that you will still be liable for the remaining Tab Bonus balance on your account.
