Can’t schedule callback due to chatbot looping after entering phone number. There has to be a backdoor phone number to speak to an actual agent…. Can’t do via self-serve, must be agent

My email was used for an account and called in 2 days, now I joins Koodo but I can’t reach this active account.
You had an account before. And you open up an account. Then you want to link them together? Or want to add as a second line?
The previous account was canceled but I can’t reach new account because my email is same email and I can’t talk to an agent.
In the same boat as you… was on Koodo for multiple years with an email, switched over to a diff provider, but then decided to come back to Koodo and ordered using my same email that I’ve used for many years before.
I was using the chatbot yesterday and probably took me like 20 - 25 times of looping, until I finally was able to schedule one for Saturday at noon. The previous call back attempts kept saying that they were too busy and could not schedule a call back at this time and the chatbot can help, but we know only an agent can do the account linking
