Let me flag a rep to look into it. However, a block is only applied to future charges, not previous bills.

We have blocked the phone number that you indicated for further third party purchases/ apps, however, if there is an active subscription, please make sure you cancel by texting the short code.
For Busuu, you’d need to text STOP to the short code 5490 to cancel the subscription (if you didn’t already)
