billing issues

I changed providers before my billing period began as I’m no longer with Koodo. But my bill doesn’t reflect that. Koodo Assist can’t find my old # to connect me to an agent.  How convenient?!

when will  my bill be fixed so it shows a ‘zero’ balance?

If you port out mid cycle, like on March 14 during a March 6 to April 5 billing period, your original bill won't adjust right away. You'll want to wait for the final bill around your next billing date, which settles everything including any prorated refund or balance to zero it out. Automated systems can't find closed accounts since they are off self serve but you can always schedule a CB to any other number.  FYI, any amount overpaid will be credited to your original payment method.

When you login to your self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill, what does it say? What does the bill reflect?
