Hi, I have the stream billing through koodo, I activated all my accounts, but am still being charged for Disney+, how do I get this fixed? Chat support is not helping.

We have looked into it and we can see that Disney+ has been activated through your Stream+ subscription. Can you please let us know if you linked your existing Disney+ account or you created a new Disney+ account?

@tollllllllll Just to double check, you are getting charged monthly on your Disney+ account?

If yes, have you tried contacting Disney regarding the charges that you are getting on your Disney account?

Yes, I got charged for stream and then Disney+ as well. I thought when you activated through koodo that was all you had to do?

We had standard with ads prior and now have been charged for the premium Disney.

If you were charged with premium, there might be either a change in your Stream+ plan or someone upgrading Disney Plus to the premium tier separately.

To confirm, how much are you paying in your To confirm, how much are you paying in your subscription area?  is it a “basic” or “premium” plan?
