billing issue

I have added koodo mobile as a payee on CIBC account but my transaction is not reflecting as it was last day for my bill payment … i cannot contact to koodo as i am in India right now … i need help to solve this

If you are using online banking to pay, it could take 3,4 business days for the payment to show up in Koodo system. 

Only credit card payment in Koodo selfservr would show up instantly.

How about if it was last day of payment ?? It does not matter right ass i have paid it on exact day ? 

And what is the better way to contact them as I am in another country right now ?

if you paid from the bank, it might get to Koodo few days later and you could be charged extra for few days of late payment. If you use online banking, you would have to pay few days ealier than your billing date.
