Hi there,

 

I know in self serve only 18 recent bills are available. I’m looking to retrieve past bills beyond 18 months, outside of self-serve. How can I speak to a customer representative that could send me my files? I will pay the fee if needed. Thank you

I think they could do that but you would have to contact them directly and ask a rep to assist by either schedule a call back from their Koodo bot www.koodo.com/chat or chat with a rep via Facebook/Twitter messaging

I forgot all about how we could message them on Facebook! I have now sent them a request to make an appointment and will go from there.
