Billing error -Discount not applied

I have a new account but the $10 discount for pre-authorized payments was not applied to my bill. Is there a way to get this fixed?

Unfortunately the Walmart employee is mistaken. The discount is for auto pay by bank.

Do you have auto pay by bank account set up or is it by credit card?  When did you set it up?

Thank you for the reply. I had it set up April 14 by a rep at a Walmart. It was with a Creditcard but the rep assured me I would get the discount. When I received my bill without the discount I wondered if it might be because it wasn’t pre-authorised with a bank so I changed the payment method to bank. Of course if that was the problem I won’t know until the next bill, but again it was a rep who set it up with a credit card so I expect both would work.
