I switched to Virginplus as a mobile phone carrier in the fall of 2025. Just found out that I had an outstanding amount of $11 from August 24,2024  which I was never made aware of. This amount has been added every month since as outstanding to the credit bureau and in turn drastically diminished my credit rating. Please advise and rectify

Did a collections agency reach out to you about collecting the remaining payment?  if so you need to reach out to them.

If not, then you can speak with a rep by requesting a callback via Koodo Assist.

Were you reached out to by a collection agency about the balance owed? If so you will need to deal with the collection agency to pay off the balance. If weren’t contacted by a collection agency, then you will need to schedule a callback with a rep through Koodo assist to discuss paying any outstanding balances. Support Homepage | Koodo Mobile

Once the balance is paid, your credit core will recover over time. Koodo do not control your credit score and the reporting is automatically sent if the balance goes unpaid each month, so this can’t be adjusted on the Koodo side.

If you want to dispute the credit reporting further, you would have to reach out to the credit bureau and see if they can do anything about it but you will likely have to build the score back again.
