Hello,

I closed my account in March 2026, and I also received a confirmation call . However, I am still receiving bills.

I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I do not receive any callback, and there is no direct contact number available to reach the concerned department.

Please check this issue urgently and stop any further billing on my account. I already paid $10 once.

We can confirm your account is cancelled. The $10.91 payment you made was for the prorated bill after your cancellation.

As you cancelled during the bill cycle, the pre-authorized payment discount you received on the last bill was charged back on a following bill. You can find more information about this here


@Georgia Koodo  Could You please confirm if i still have to pay anything? I see $5 for april and another $5 for may. please let me know cause this is very confusing.

It is not another $5, the initial charge was just reported on a following bill as it was unpaid. Your current total is $5.81.


Ok, then I will pay  $5.81 and hopefully I don't receive another bill. thanks
