Hello,

I closed my account in December 2025, and I also received a confirmation call on December 15 in the afternoon confirming the closure. However, I am still receiving bills.

I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but I do not receive any callback, and there is no direct contact number available to reach the concerned department.

Please check this issue urgently and stop any further billing on my account.

Hi ​@Omair, based on what we can see from the notes on your account, this issue has already been escalated to our team. The agent in charge of your case states they will reach out tomorrow, May 15, with more information.

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to speak with a rep. Did you try to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist? If you tried and it is still not working, you can also send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger to address your issue. https://m.me/Koodo

Do you get a text message near the callback time you selected to warn you of the pending callback?

Please note our team has been trying to reach you but they get your voicemail, they’ve left messages as to when they will call back. The latest attempt was done today, the agent noted they’ll try to reach out again next week.
