Hi,

I recently ported my number to another provider, and now my number is not recognized in your system.

I am unable to log in or reach support via phone/chat.

 

I need help regarding my final bill.

Hi there,

Did you have the prepaid or postpaid service? If postpaid, you will have access to your koodo self serve for up to 90 days after cancelling. This would require your email address and password you setup to access, not the number. You would be able to view the final bill there.

If prepaid, as a subscription service once you port out the number the account closes. There is no bill with prepaid, it cancels the subscription.
