My bill was due on Oct 3rd and I already paid using my debit card on 3rd. It has been 2 days and it has still not updated on my self serve account.

+4It might take 3,4 business day for payment from online banking to arrive. I recommend you wait 1,2 days more and see if the amount arrive.
