bill payment issue

I noticed that my bill payment, which is automatically withdrawn from my bank account, was $44.80 on May 25, but $54.80 on June 25.

Could you please explain why I was charged an additional $10 in June? I believe this extra charge was made in error.

Please review my account and apply a $10 credit (refund) for the incorrect charge.

thank you

It may have to do with the auto-pay discount. Did you set up your pre-authorized payment details before the bill was issued? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount

If there is an actual error on your bill, you can submit a request on your Self-Serve account to have a rep review the charge. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill

When you review your current PDF bill and compare it to the previous months before the price increase, what do you see has changed? You can check this by following the steps here: Viewing and downloading your bills | Koodo Mobile

If you notice that the plan price itself has increased, you will see a notice of the price increase on the PDF bill for the month prior to the price change. If this isn’t the cause for the increase, check if you’re missing any credits that you’re used to getting or if you have received any additional charges. All of this can be viewed in your PDF bill.
