I paid my mobile bill on 27 january 2023, but it is still not cleared. The due date is 31 January 2023. I called the bank they said transaction successful. I don’t where should i contact

Online banking payments take 3-5 business days to process

Bill payments made through your bank take 3-5 business days to process.

That could be up until Feb 3.

Credit card or visa debit card payments will go through right away though if you’re worried about it being late.
