I am trying to pay my bill but there is an issue, it says try again. I have tried with different cards as well but it is not processing successfully.

Is the credit card under the same address and name as the ones on your Koodo account?

just changed now my address in bank. however, I paid through Pay by bank optiion with the account number. 

How much time Koodo wii take to confirm my payment?
