I think the sales representive entered the wrong address. I need the bill to reflect my actual address. So how I proceed? Should go to the telus koodo centre for a new bill?

Are you able to log in to your Self-Serve account? You should be able to do this yourself by following the steps in the link. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-address
Once a bill is issued, Koodo does not change it and recreate it. If you update your address on self serve, it will be reflected on your next PDF ebill
