Hello,
When I signed up, I was told the plan would be $25 per line, but my bill shows $29 and $34 charges instead.
Please review the activation agreement and correct the pricing as promised.
I would also like a credit for the overcharge.

When did you activate your plan?

Also, Did you activate the plan yourself or with help from a rep? As well, was there any conditions for discount in the line? Did you setup preauthorized payment method?

We have looked into it and according to the details we see, the services are active for some time and there are no differences in the last bill compared to the previous bill.

Based on the service agreements, we don’t see any difference either, the cost of the plans are as the ones mentioned on the agreement.

Can you please let us know when you spoke  with the rep?
