I have a monthy bill that has charges for Inmate Caling. I have had several calls with an inmate, however these hae been paid for using a credit card. I wish to know why Koodo is also chargingme for this whenI have unlimted calling in Canada?

When the calls come in you should receive a prompt (similar to a regular collect call) advising who is making the call request and what the per minute or per call rate will be, you must then press 1 to agree to take the call.

The issue I’m experiencing is that the charges for the calls are appearing on my Koodo bill but I am paying for each collect call on my credit card. How do I go about recouping the doubled up amounts?

If you see double charges for those calls on both, your Koodo bill and also on your credit card, we recommend contacting Telmate at the phone number we provided above.
