Signed up with auto pay.  Was inexplicably removed from auto pay by KOODO. Have not been able to speak to someone to get this corrected. Thanks.

Hi,

When did you register for it? Were you using a credit card or a normal chequing account? As well, is your payment method still valid? 

As well, what was the message when you mentioned Koodo removed the autopay?

What happens when you try tio register for auto pay again?  Is there an error?

We have looked into it and we can see that there the payment attempt didn’t go through and this payment method has been then disabled a few days later.

We see that you set up the pre-authorized payments again in the meantime.

Have you had the chance to check with the bank regarding the unsuccessful payment?

Just to double check, have you followed the steps to set up the pre-authorized payment through your chequing account as per the support article here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments
