Asia Easy Roam 14 Day Pass Expired After 7 Days?

I purchased the Easy Roam ASIA14 package and it activated on Feb 27, 2026 when I landed in Singapore. 

The pass should have expired on March 13 but my bill indicates that it expired March 6, which is only 7 days? 

I was billed $18 per day for Easy Roam on March 8, 9, and 11 when I should not have been. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi ​@Kathmill, the Asia Easy Roam 14 day travel pass will remain active on your plan for 30 days from the activation date, it was added February 4 and expired March 6. 

However, we can see you were able to get in touch with an agent and they could assist with the issue. For the future, you can find more information on the travel passes here

@Koodo there is some ambiguity with how that works.  It could also be easily confused as you have 30 days to start the activation of 14 days.  I can see the working being interpreted both ways

Yes, that’s the way I interpreted it. The wording should be clearer. 

Thankfully, the issue was resolved by an agent.
