Another incorrect US Easy roam charge from July….haven’t entered US in two years

Had another incorrect US roaming charge from July…..have not been to US in two years but live near the border in Niagara

Hi ​@LMB, we’ve checked the chargeyou mentioned and it was already adjusted by the agent you spoke with a few days ago, you can check it out in your self-serve.To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.For more details on how to prevent accidental roaming charges, you can check out this article.

It seems to be a recurring issue for you.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower.
